The sights and beach was absolutely beautiful. The stroll to the beach is what I loved the most. The house by itself is not really in good shape. It truly is aged and very outdated. I loved that there had been 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for Older people who want to travel collectively. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it again or advocate it to an acquaintance.

Silent, cozy house. Major enough for my spouse, myself and our 4 teenagers. We enjoyed the beach perspective and loved that it is actually just a quick stroll for the beach.

This house has an awesome location, it’s right over the beach. We really liked our stay. The assets needs some improvements and upgrades.

that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. the many beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off the many beaches and even that was not what I call crowded". I do advise bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that appear out during the early morning hours and when the sun starts to set and they do bite. it was nothing that will keep you indoors though. there are a couple of state parks within the area and every one of them are beautiful. beautiful is an understatement to be honest! its a very family friendly place instead of the party scene. the people are cannabis-legalization friendly and their southern draw is simply too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida and I will make this a yearly trip. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice and I likely talked to all of these before I actually made it to indian pass. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself.
